Way back in the fall of 1978, owner Bob Servos opened a "stereo store" to better serve those clients who wanted more than what a big box store could provide. We knew our clients desired better products from manufacturers who designed for sound and performance, rather than for features, at a competitive price. The store had listening rooms instead of rows of products lined up on shelves and could provide installation and delivery. But, without question what made us a successful business was taking an interest in our customers needs. Every customer, regardless of their budget, received the same attention to detail.
